On Saturday 29th June, the Amsterdam Gay Men’s Chorus will perform its biggest summer show yet… at the stunning Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ!
Our talented singers and dancers will perform two shows (15.30 and 20.30) that will take an audience of more than 700 on a journey through space; gazing up at the stars to explore the cosmos, and how it has inspired hits throughout the decades from Jamiroquai to Lady Gaga and from Bjork to the unmissable David Bowie.
Ticket sales will start on Monday 29th April. Seating at the Muziekgebouw will be numbered, so be ready to book to grab your preferred spot!
Welcome to AMSGMC!
Bringing together 100 singers and dancers, the Amsterdam Gay Men’s Chorus is the largest gay men’s chorus in the Netherlands.
We pride ourselves on being an accepting, open-minded and supportive group, and we strive to be a safe, welcoming place for gay men who love to sing and dance. The chorus performs several times throughout the year and our repertoire is fun and fresh, ranging from pop and musical theatre to jazz, classical, and traditional melodies.
The Amsterdam Gay Men's Chorus rehearses and performs primarily in English, and welcomes both Dutch and international participants. As well as our main summer and winter shows, we sometimes do smaller outreach concerts and private bookings.
